Giving Thanks For Opportunity

On a day marked by giving thanks for all the good things in our lives Enlace Project would like to give thanks for all the opportunities and support that it has day-to-day.

We are extremely proud to always put community needs first here at Enlace Project, as has always been our model, but we want to recognize just how much trust and support that takes on the part of our partners in the community.

When our Business Development Program works with Kathy’s Hotel they trust that the business practices we teach them will make them more efficient and help them achieve their goals. For that trust we are grateful.

When we seek new opportunities to sell the pine needle baskets for the women Fuente de Pino, they are relying on us to negotiate on their behalf. We are grateful for the faith they put in us to do so.

When we coordinate the logistics of a Rotary water project in Salales, we are helping a community thrive, as it no longer has to worry about something as basic and essential as clean water. We are humbled by the opportunity to impact people’s lives.

For the long hours that each of us sees our coworkers pour into their work, for the support and love of friends and family that many of us haven’t seen in months, and for the loving families that have welcomed us into their homes here in El Sauce; we are thankful.

We are also thankful for you, our supporters. You drive all our programs with your generosity and are no small part in what allows us the opportunity to serve others everyday. So, from everyone here at Enlace Project, we’d like to wish you and your families a very happy Thanksgiving!
